Madelyn's Gift: Weird Colored Gelato
It's hard to tell, but this gelato is actually light blue. Yes, light blue. It was called "Blu Italy", and I'm still not entirely sure what it tasted like. It might have been white chocolate, but I really don't know...it was good, though! Does that qualify as a weird color? I think so.
In the photo, it looks lavender-which really shouldn't be a food color. Glad that it tasted good.
