Concerning the Author

Hi y'all!  Welcome to Our Hearts are Restless.  The title of this blog is from St. Augustine's Confessions, which I chose as a reflection on our hearts' need for God - a need which I see every day in myself and the world around me.

I'm also a nerd with a deep love for books, music, tradition, and good old-fashioned paper and pen.  I have an editor's brain that I can never turn off, and a constant fascination with words and language.
